Outsider/civilian POV on Tony and Stephen being together.

Billionaire, genius, playboy, philanthropist, and altogether a respectable man and an inventor who thrived for technological advances. There wasn’t a person who didn’t know the name Tony Stark or who hadn’t heard of Stark Industries, the company that was changing the world through one man’s innovations.
Yet Tony Stark was a bit of an enigma. Some people saw him as some kind of God, others as a cryptid. Most people knew him through interviews and magazines yet still he felt surreal, like a concept stirred up by a brilliant comic book writer. How could a man like Tony Stark actually exist?
People in New York had a better chance of seeing him compared to anyone else in the world. Stark Tower was visible from any of the five boroughs that made up New York City, a looming reminder of the greatness that walked the streets that anyone could bump into on a lucky day. Some people bragged about shaking his hand, or even being smiled at. Some people claimed to have been in the same building as him.
Which wasn’t uncommon, actually. Stark liked to eat out. A lot. He had the money to do so, why wouldn’t he? Of course, he had class, and a reputation, to maintain so most of his venues were upscale three to five star restaurants reserved for the elite. Still, there was the rare occasion he would be spotted at any local burger joint.
Being one of the most, if not the most, influential men of the century - millennia, even - meant having to do business with other success stories of his level. That being said, there was one man that was often spotted with him that no one knew. He was well-aged, thin, tall, and always exquisitely dressed. It made sense that Stark would be seen with him, but just who was he?
It was speculated, by the public and news outlets alike, that he was a business partner at rhe very least. The two were often seen eating together, and from what cameras were able to capture they were always caught in deep yet casual conversation. Stark was a powerful man by himself, but combined with the beautiful stranger an aura of superiority and unleveled intelligence oozed from them, along with a hint of playful snarkiness.
Media coverage was just getting into a theory that they were close friends, maybe having met at MIT, when the two were ambushed by paparazzi in the park with a million questions. And that was when Stark confirmed their relationship by grabbing the flustered man, who was trying to shield himself with hands hidden under gloves, by the shoulders and reeling him in for a deep, passionate, and long-lasting kiss.
Tony let the paparazzi take as many pictures as they wanted, soothing the other man with his tongue pressed against his cheek, and pulled away with a satisfied smirk. A hushed murmur fell over the photographers as Tony entwined his fingers with his partner, gesturing towards him with pride.
“Ladies and gentlemen, meet Stephen Strange. My boyfriend.”
